Provider Program
National Security Authority is part of Authority Network America — a research-grade reference network serving markets across the United States. We are building a verified directory of qualified cybersecurity professionals.
How the Routing Model Works
- Direct routing, not lead auction. Customers who request help through our network are routed directly to you. We do not sell your information to multiple providers or run bidding wars.
- Qualified customers only. Routing is based on verified need, service area, and availability.
What This Is Not
- Not a marketplace. We do not list hundreds of providers competing for the same customer.
- Not a franchise. You retain full independence. There are no territorial exclusivity requirements.
- Not an advertising platform. You cannot buy better placement. Visibility is earned through verified credentials and service quality.
- Not a lead auction. Customer information is not sold to multiple bidders.
Contract Standards
All providers in the Authority Network agree to these five principles:
- Professionalism. Maintain professional conduct in all customer interactions. Arrive on time, communicate clearly, and present yourself and your business honestly.
- Accuracy. Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and scope descriptions. Do not misrepresent qualifications, licensing status, or service capabilities.
- Respect. Treat every customer with respect regardless of project size. Respond to inquiries promptly and handle disagreements constructively.
- Clarity. Provide written agreements that clearly state scope of work, pricing, payment terms, and warranty or guarantee conditions before work begins.
- Accountability. Stand behind your work. Address complaints and warranty claims promptly. If a mistake is made, take responsibility and make it right.
